Why book trade space at this event?

Leicestershire County Show kick starts the summer season of agricultural shows across the United Kingdom. Over 6.6 million people visit agricultural shows every year and Leicestershire Agricultural Society’s annual show is proud to be part of this great tradition. The Leicestershire County Show is anticipated to attract in the region of 20,000 visitors, dignitaries and exhibitors over Sunday and Monday of the first May Bank Holiday- 2 & 3 May 2010. The show is steeped in tradition, founded in 1833, and is one of the oldest agricultural shows in the country. Representing diversity in the agricultural community the event aims to act as a shop window into farming traditions and the rural way of life. Located in the heart of the county at Melton Mowbray Airfield, the event is a pinnacle date in the calendar of the Leicestershire community. Business creativity is of essential importance and, for this year, as well as encapsulating many of the traditional methods of agriculture, the show will embrace a huge range of modern farming diversification. The broad spectrum of attractions, specialist areas and vibrant array of exhibitors creates a great value family day out for discerning members of the public with an eye for quality.
