LEVELS OF SPONSORSHIP

In principle we have four levels of sponsorship, naturally, you will want to add your own creative flair to any sponsorship package, however, we have a guide of four levels that are available for the event. Please feel free to consider all of the option below and we would be delighted to discuss any requirements that you may have.

• Platinum                   £5,000 or more
• Gold                         £1,000 or more
• Silver                        £250 or more
• Bronze                      £250 - £100

The benefits which the Society offers to show its appreciation for each level of Sponsorship are:

Platinum

• Corporate Logo on the first page of the Show Catalogue and programme website with link to own site.
• Four free places at the Show Dinner, with the opportunity to purchase additional places.
• Ten wristbands giving free entry to the Show.
• Four Vehicle Passes giving access to forward parking near the entrance to the Showground.
• Ten badges permitting entry to the President & Members’ Marquee.
• Ten free copies of the Show Catalogue.
• 3m Banner site in the Grand Ring AND associated ring OR 6m in Grand ring.
• Grand Ring announcement.

Gold

• Corporate Logo on the second page of the Show Catalogue, programme website with link to own site.
• Two free places at the Show Dinner, with the opportunity to purchase additional places.
• Six wristbands giving free entry to the Show.
• Three Vehicle Passes giving access to forward parking near the entrance to the Showground.
• Six badges permitting entry to the President & Members’ Marquee.
• Six free copies of the Show Catalogue.
• 3m Banner site in either the Grand Ring or associated ring.
• Grand Ring announcement.

Silver

• Text reference in upper case on the second page of the current Show Catalogue, programme and website
• Two free places at the Show Dinner, with the opportunity to purchase additional places.
• Four wristbands giving free entry to the Show.
• Two Vehicle Passes giving access to forward parking near the entrance to the Showground.
• Four badges permitting entry to the President & Members’ Marquee.
• Four free copies of the Show Catalogue.

Bronze

• Text reference in lower case on the second page of the current Show Catalogue, Programme and Website
• The opportunity to purchase places at the Show Dinner.
• Two wristbands giving free entry to the Show.
• One Vehicle Pass giving access to forward parking near the entrance to the Showground.
• Two badges permitting entry to the President & Members’ Marquee.
• Two free copies of the Show Catalogue.

In all cases we issue press releases for all sponsors and encourage you to place your press releases onto our website so visitors can discover more about your company.
