The Leicestershire County, a true community driven Show.

The Leicestershire Agricultural Society would like to thank every single one of our visitors for making 2009 such a great year for us. Despite the weather our gate attendance broke the current record for the past few years - the exact figures aren't in just yet, however we are looking at well over the 30,000 attendance mark.

In additional to this trade stands were up again - again not sure how much by just yet, but we do know that we booked no less than 43% of brand new stands!

We send our best wishes to the agricultural circuit and hope that they too have very successful shows this year.

Well that's it folks. The show is over for another year. The Grand Ring Stands empty, the Canine Corner is quiet, and the Food Court is no longer sizzling with delicious smells.

Over the next few months plans and ideas will be discussed and implemented and as soon as we have any news for you, we will let you know. In the meantime of you have any ideas, suggestions or feedback from 2009 - why not let us know? after all we are a "Community driven show".
