Due to the high level of enquiries we receive, please follow the correct contact procedure as outlined below to ensure you are dealt with by the correct department.

Food and Catering:

The Leicestershire County Show is renowned for its catering of which we have two sections:

Showground, Lorry, Carparks and Operational: Available stands are given to Leicestershire companies only, however if you have a more unusual type of food to sell, we will consider application for the showground. These site are VERY limited as our main catering area is within the Farmers' Market.

Visitor attractions / other:

Tenders from Leicestersire traders are given priority, however we do still welcome applicants from everyone. 

Acts, demonstrations and displays:

Please follow procedures below, outlining your fees and equipment needs. You do not need to complete a tender form.
